Who in their right mind would sell 14 million shares at these prices bringing the SP down to .0041 so close to Baltia's final steps of certification?
Why are all these people willing to sell at a loss? Are they crazy or are we unaware of some important facts? Should we be digging deep into our pockets to buy more shares at these prices or run for cover? Does anyone have information that can help us understand this latest drastic price drop?
