I think an OVER REACTION to DILUTION Caused IT!

Anytime in the penny stocks there is any type of dilution...

People just OVER REACT and the stock price usually falls MUCH FARTHER THEN IT SHOULD!

People stop using Common Sense and GIVING A FAIR VALUATION and just get bombarded with people criticizing the dilution!

I do agree though that is the majority of the reason, nice point,
