Pure fantasy.
To get to a share price of .05 the CEO and BOD would have to make wise investments to generate revenue to create more than $100 million of value.
That kind of value is - in my opinion - some way away.
Treaty is burdened by it's huge number of issued shares (c. 2 billion).
