if folks actually want to read back and spend time noting
non interchangeables' (specific to manipulating crews via
the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation)
they will discover (b4 the dolts' own actions proved
them to be the liars they are) that CONtrary to what was
posted by rote in 2005/2006/2007 .. yada yada yada
that yes indeedy >> OTC stox can indeed be shorted .. and they are

interesting to note how *FACTUAL* data on PTOI .. ratchets both sides
of the *original* crew *tasked* with PTOI's manipulation @ the onset (2009)

and yep it sure does appear that PTOI is being *turned* >> GREEN

that is a rather ironic side effect of taking any stock (regardless of where traded) too low

for too long ..


PTOI's 52 week high *resets* on 8.14.15

i'd expect 2 8Ks' are filed b4 then (probably more) .. but 2 will do

no secret codes required .. pssst .. CON side of the crew .. has *few* talking points .. left in their attempt to generate *noise* ..
