That's true. Now that you mention that, I believe the clause was any trades under $1 where charged at that rate. I'm not sure if it matters if it is on the OTC or not. So the way I understand it, and I may and probably am wrong cause I haven't looked into it, over $1 is just $7 per trade. Once over $1, the .5% should not be charged.
