What a dingbat shajandr is, public companies issue shares... that's what they do to raise money for their ventures! Issuing shares does not mean a company is a "Scam" , a term used more times by shajandr on message-boards than the bible uses the name Jesus!

The only real "Scam" I see is the one being perpetrated by shajandr in his countless attempts to deflate stock prices and defraud investors by using pure libel and misinformation about the public companies he targets.
