I agree, the email update was positive and I am glad it was done - I am sure just about every investor was wondering what the status of the N-Assay testing was and when to expect the resulting paper publication.
In regard to your point 2): I always was under the impression that certain government agencies also can self-certify. So besides a private company/entity there might also be a chance that it is a self-certifying government agency.
Am I wrong in that assumption?
Am looking forward to the issuance of the BNF patent number and hopefully the company will inform the world via PR about the N-Assay and BNF patent allowances highlighting the super-fast and sensitive new test methods.
