I believe that the PPS does not reflect the time remaining to certification. What I feel it means is that due to the previous Mini failures (no fault of Baltia) and the time it takes to reschedule, many investors just lose their patience making them sellers at this time but buyers when either the Mini is passed or on certification. They are willing to pay the premium price knowing the potential for growth will still be there.
I have had patience with other stocks and came out a BIG WINNER. I have a great deal of confidence that Baltia can complete the next few steps knowing their many accomplishments over the past 2 years. I can't believe Baltia management will let this opportunity to complete this mission slip through their fingers.
