i am just trying to fact up the way that his connection to joel does give joel the two patents to let dsus for use exclusively in part of my due diligence in trying to land another whale to get on board dsus. believe me i do not doubt your autheticity of info but his having a connection by itself does not tell us how strong that connection is to giving dsus the right to use and hold the use of the patents to their benifit. i want very much to get this person on board but he is a professional player and needs hard usable info.
