I think it's a scam either way to be honest. If everything is going to happen that is supposed to, blowing out those additional shares, unless there is a damned good reason for it, which we of course have no idea because management isn't telling us crap, it's absolutely something barely legal that will line their pockets. I mean, they have shows such great regard for the investors so far these past few months, why wouldn't they screw them out of a few million dollars and keep if for themselves if they could. This, of course, assuming that they don't manage to tank the whole damned thing in the next few months.
