Just a thought about insider trading and diluting.
What if they really are close and just added more shares so they could own a bigger percentage of the company while diluting the value of our shares.
It's illegal as hell but it sounds like something ntek would do.
Too bad the SEC doesn't give a rat's ass or davy would have lots of company.
