I don't think it will limit the price as much as dumping another 20M shares into the OS as would be the case with a 1:1 cert to common share valuation. Think about it. Essentially, a 1:1 disbursement would mean that they are giving away about 28% of their company to us PVEC share holders. Or, if all else is static, the pps would fall by 28% (to keep the market cap the same) in order to give the select group of PVEC share holders more shares. I just don't see how that is equitable to those who bought into DSUS or are founders of DSUS. Why should they be giving us 28% of their money/equity? What did we do to deserve that?
