Re: riskreward007 #7548
Using the warrant approach, there will be a smaller number of people actually executing their warrants. So, the net impact is greatly reduced.
Keep in mind, people don't make business decisions to be nice. There has to be something in it for them. As I see it, the number of share holders still holding shares and eligible for certs in a very small subset of the people currently invested. As such, this would be a serious transfer of wealth from the masses that are new to the company and the company itself to those of us who held shares in March '14. You have to ask yourself, what is their motivation? So, the warrant approach gives them a possible cash source. it gives us a bonus as the stock price goes up and it doesn't severely impact the newbies.
My example of 1c warrants is very desirable to me. However, I wouldn't be surprised if they waited to announce anything until after the pps is above 3c and then issue warrants at the 2.6c range.
I also wouldn't be surprised if they expanded the eligibility a bit to include newbies that took a chance in the early days after the RS.
Just a thought.
