Just called Standard Registrar to get the share counts for Baltia. Here they are:
Authorized Shares: 9.98 Billion (let's just call it a cool 10 billion)
Outstanding Shares: 6.39 Billion (less than I expected)
Float: 2.88 Billion (Way less than I expected)
