That is not accurate. PPS affects the % of dilution required to fund the companys goals so by not completing audits, they greatly increase the amount of dilution. You want your PPS high as possible when you have to sell shares. This company seems to just write paper at any cost currently because they believe the ends justify the means but don't tell anyone what those means or ends are.
