Where you say "some tried to put a negative spin on it" I hope you are not referring to my reasonable question that got reasonable responses. I simply asked the board if the lag time between the former auditor resigning and a new one being put in place was a possible cause for concern. I was not and that is not putting a negative spin on anything. Simply posing a question for discussion on a discussion board.
