This is no longer a startup first of all. We are a couple years in. Secondly, we went from no raise of A/S to doubling the A/S. The entire stock market is based on dilution. Every single company sold shares to get money to fund their business in some way. THat is how it works.....

But this is and has been massive with disregard for what is smart or just such blatantly bad communication, there is no way to know. Not sure how anyone can deny that.
