It shows clear desperation for cash...get cash at all costs...I read about NP-1s being sold or utilized by partners and that tech being sold, and I read about number of page clicks....and advertising because the TVs are showing UltraFlix.....but no one knows what that means for revenues.

And if we have to sell 40% of the company at a penny or less, that tells me more about revenues then all the speculation combined....Then there is the speculation about where is all the content that had deals made?...and on an on

I do think they have built a smart and great platform....but what does that mean right now. We have no data and if the data was good I think we would be seeing some of it instead of hearing how they do not want to release any info which could help their competitors....instead sell out 40% of the company for a couple million dollars...

Thats the reality....I am in this pretty cheap at around 1.3 cents or so. I bought a lot and sold some so I am guessing...The A/S has doubled since they said they weren't going to raise it. How does that happen? Some of this is just obvious incompetence and some of it is silence but they havent built any sort of track record to be able to say "Trust me" which is the mantra many here spout.,
