It would appear to me that folks are getting stressed again, and a bit confused concerning this application for Judicial Review. I really do not understand why as it is pretty simple.
We are going THROUGH the application process currently. Should the court find that there is probable cause, based on the submissions, they will review it, in light of the evidence provided, and come to a conclusion with a directive. It is that simple.
We are saying many things were wrong with the OFFICIAL PROCESS, and that was caused by individuals who refused to go by the process, for their own reasons. I believe that has been proven and will be corrected in our favor.
Moving forward from that, HC , in my view will have to reconsider the application for a License, without prejudice or factors which originally stopped the process to obtain one if not in accordance with the application guidelines.
Further in my view, is that based on that, we will be granted the License over time.
