I believe there's enough eyewitness testimony to assert that they built Processor 3, their flagship. Whether it runs as advertised or not, they built it, and people here have seen it run. The company, by that time, was largely funded by Heddle, so the statement that they finished Processor 3 was not aimed at defrauding and misleading investors, as you claim. That's one. There are others, which you can continue to ignore. The rest of your post is opinion, which is neither here nor there (to me).
