If the shares are restricted, as we have been told, then they should not have any dilutive effect. 3flight most of us here are not looking for short term flips. The groups you speak of generally want to flip and make a quick buck. No problem with that investment style but unless you want to flip i dont see where your groups have been any help. I really dont care if they are here now. JMO
