Joel is a very hard worker. He has taken a company that was heavily diluted and heavily in debt and has turned it into a potential cash cow. The company is below 600k in total debt and he has lowered the share structure by at least 25 percent. We are about to get revenue from two mining sites and also become a form 10 reporting company. It has take awhile, with setbacks, but we are getting there. My thesis was .01 by 2016. However, depending on the numbers, could be earlier. But I do believe we could see .10 within 12 months.
