I think what Baltia should do is just give a press release that literally says nothing. Silence is a killer. Just something that says we can't go into detail, but we have been working on rescheduling the next mini-evacuation and everyone wants to get this done. You can go silent when you're Coca Cola. But a subpenny stock makes you question your investment, and if they're working to get this thing going, investors would like to know that they're working to get it going. At least that's my way of looking at it. Whether true or not, it at least makes you feel like they're not just going to vanish at night.
