Don't call it a JR yet. We are still awaiting word on whether we get the JR and we should IMO but you never know. This is still in the application stage and we could get the JR or it gets killed. No idea what that would mean or if there is an appeals process if we get killed or if HC can appeal when we are granted the JR.
