I agree. Not a single shareholder ever believed IR was not evil or did not behave with deliberate malice. It was complete and total BS hearing that their selling massive volume of shares to intentionally drive the pps lower in order to get additional shares issued to them because the pps was under a specific threshold was because that's "their business model". Absurd and absurd from day one.
I'm no lawyer either but I think the legal term is A-Holes. I hope the SEC crushes them accordingly. Thanks.
