I don't think they are effecting the price as much as they think. The pps ceiling is driven by previous debt holders wanting to get out. There is not a huge momentum push as this will require SEC docs to garner enough credibility to bring in the hords. I am very glad the company is "baby" spooning the information out so as to keep moderate rate of sales to dry up all the exiting whales. Once they are gone, I'll bet we see a plethora of PRs and a plan to get fully SEC reporting. That should drive us out of pennies while we wait for the first quarterly report. Nickel by August? let's hope so.
