There is nothing "new" that has been found. There is on the other hand, very good evidence that leads us and i am sure yourself included that there is a lot that will be taking place in the very near future "60 trading days is a valid timeline as OMO stated on the other board"...

The timeline that was laid out in the Cat Cay Joint Development agreement indicates financing deals that should be established in the near future.
The recent changes from the proxy vote which will allow the company to finalize the merge between GERS and Cirque Energy II.
