i understand what effect dillution can have on a stock but i dont understand how increasing the A/S and issuing restricted shares, could have the same effect. If they are increasing the shares but it isnt immediately distributed in the trading shares or float then how is it (dilution) driving down the price? My take is it is either really dilution and the company isnt issuing restricted shares or more likely just another ploy by those bashing to get us to run for the hills and help them drop the pps..
