I disagree. First of all, shares are restricted, which means they cant just be dumped into the A/S unless specific conditions are met, what ever they may be. Second thing is that it gives the consultants a vested interest in getting that share price higher so that when they are cashed in they're worth a heck of a lot more than they are now.
