I agree. Now, based on the info on this new NTEK consultant/poster (Twotrickpony), it seems like he has a great knowledge of the industry as Ovio4k does, but he supports a transactional model as opposed to a subscription based model.

That would explain why Ovio4K is so pissed at NTEK.
