Ultraflix 4submps allows hundreds of millions of people to stream 4k now and this year 40 million 4k TVs or more and next year 100 million 4k TVS will be sold so if the majority of those have an average 3.6 mbps as surveyed by akamai then only ultraflix can provide them with 4k.
