Actually, you both are right. So long as the company exists all proceeds go to NNLX. However, if the company ever goes belly up then Bret has his golden parachute and can continue to market/sell the product and retain those proceeds. It's truly amazing the number of patents the company has but if we can't market/sell the products they don't really matter in the long run. I'm hoping Dr. Faro can get the GBS and N-assay out into the field and that the Asian group can make significant headway into China. Just have no idea as to the marketing skills of either. Would be nice to have a partner with a great marketing/sales team but it is what it is.
