This is exactly what I'm talking about. There are a lot of illegal exercises done by these firms and hedge funds that investors can't see. As for this company I believe dilution and manipulation killed the PPS. I'm not around too long to accuse the management of anything but the way I perceive it is that a lot of small companies need funds to operate due to limited working capital so they use the shares. Unfortunately most companies abuse this practice for self benefit. I think and hope NTEK isn't one of them. I'm just really here short term to trade base on the chart. I might keep small portion for long position. As for investigating Citadel Security me and my friend like to catch these guys doing illegal practices on legit companies stocks and reveals them. I also ask him to investigate insiders trading to see if there's any illegal practices taking place. Anyways like I said i'm only here for short term (1-3 months) because I believe the PPS will reach $.04-$.05 within 1-3 months.
