If it's dilution atleast it's in the best interest for the company to sell shares at a higher pps so all these MMs keep dropping the ask when the ask is hit is MANIPULATION and its not for the company. It is classic textbook shorting. Putting up walls to discourage buyers or even sell for a loss so they can scoop up the discounted shares for profit.
