Does anyone know if our drones have a self docking capability? I was struck by the ease of use a Rumba robotic floor cleaning system that starts its task automatically and returns to the charging station and self-docks when completed. Imagine if we were to deploy thousands of these autonomously controlled drones with self-docking charge stations. You could operate this system from the cozy confines of DC and only have to inspect the drones on a weekly basis. The computers would manage sensors, engagement orders and inter-drone coverage (i.e. when the 30min is over, another drone enters the theater of pursuit). Wouldn't that be cool?
