I dont know who he may or may not be affiliated with but he is constantly walking the price down. He will wait until there are buys at the ask and then come in at a lower ask which creates a negative sentiment. He often shows a size of 10k though it is usually more than that. I will say that he seems to have been buying a lot more recently and selling less but he continues to jump cut the ask. For example this morning he sat back at around .0125 but then as soon as there were buys at the ask at .012 he jumps down to .0118, he does this constantly slowly bring the price down. Shady shadster he is.
