A press release on that day is doubtful concerning numbers. Having said that it is up to the company, but I don't see it happening (I could be wrong).

If I were them, knowing that I am going to have a completed audit (THCZ words not mine) sometime very soon, I would wait and put that out as a major statement of success.

In my humble opinion, this stock will really start to run after the up-listing occurs at which point they will be required to report regularly.
