Ugh you're right. I've said this before, my wife took a look at him when we were already bought into the company, and she said there was something completely untrustworthy about him. This was without any knowledge of the potential legal issues. I honestly hope she is wrong, but who knows. I guess we'll see. The way the past couple years have been, I am thinking we are closer and closer to losing our investments entirely, no matter how much the Pony board rolls in the pump trucks.
