I really don't think it's possible to make sense out of this. Pink sheet gamblers who repeatedly end up as bagholders in dead scams (and the remaining PTOI pumpers fit that description) lack any capacity for critical thinking or logical analysis.

I think what typically happens is that some silly rumor or distraction gets ping-ponged around their self-created echo chamber a few times, and that becomes their next thing to focus on to the exclusion of all the things that really matter. Perhaps Bordynuik and Heddle rely on this phenomenon.
