Just keeping in mind folks... 8k's are only able to be filed by SEC reporting companies and there's just a wee bit more involved with becoming a fully reporting SEC company than just saying "ok we would like to file". One step at a time. Concrete the steps one at a time to keep from sliding back. As another poster put it... "the brain trust" (which consequently is rather huge when you add all of the BOD together) is on it!
