Never mind... it would be difficult to know what a "reasonable" offer would be without knowing the detailed history of the plant... hard to say how much life the existing equipment in place has left...

10 mil might be a reasonable if an additional 10 mil in upgrades, modifications and repairs are needed..

This is the real selling point i would imagine... 16 years left on the Power Purchase Agreement... or approaching 15 by now...
