App could have an image of the drivers license. The DL# can be checked against the database and the camera can verify the person recieving the beverage matches the license. Actually would be better than what we have now. Although, I look a bit different in my bathing suit on the beach than the frumpy clothes I wore to the DMV. They better have really good software for that face recognition. Obviously, they can do automated match with bar tender view over ride if the match fails.
