I will try. A few years ago IJJP was on a complete DTC chill and at this time most of that has been lifted. Pope is currently working on having the remainder of the chill removed, and , if I am not mistaken it is CEDE who has over a billion of our shares to manipulate until the chill is lifted. That is why I supplied that info which was in the financial disclosure report.
All who have been here for over a year expect that to end soon. How soon is dependent on a few things, but, I would recommend that for further information that you contact Cliff Pope for accurate information. I could be totally off on that, but, I do not think so.
