I dunno about this . . . . . . in the universe that I inhabit . . . . odd-lot sizes of micro-caps are hard to buy through the MMs, and hard to sell through the MMs. ........... So far, maybe this joker has only been buying, and in the end he'll have a nice round number of TMXN share, like 10,000,000, or somesuch.
