There is no doubt that there is a lot of work to do on the user interface...I sure Ntek is very aware of this. First you need the goods, high quality 4k stream at low bitrates, get users, improve uo. Look at Netflix website back in 2005 big difference. First thing first make sure the technology is there and it works. The reviewer missed the fact that it streams sub 25mbps because he had a 45mbps connection, that never would have crossed his mind so no fault to him. But he is right, the ui can be improved its just out of budget right now..understandably.
