Yes fourth, and it's looking like that rate of expansion may continue to increase (hence my earlier reference to EXPONENTIAL GROWTH) which hopefully will overtake the short term debt rather quickly and minimize dilution. High hopes maybe, but their progress thus far is impressive so what the hell!
