In my opinion, the charter of boards such as this these is just for that purpose. Careful and considerate dialog about anything relating to the company's past, present and future. I see this dialog as an attempt to close out past concerns. I am certainly not opposed to this sort of line of questioning. I only wish my notes were more thorough on this issue. I am sure Kerry can give us a clear picture of the final resolution.

In all honesty, I don't think we are talking about a lot of shares unaccounted for. As I recall, it was less than 100M PVEC shares, or, about 385k DSUS shares. Even if your worst case scenario were to come to pass, (and I really don't believe it will), it will have little to no impact on the pps long term. Hopefully Kerry has some better information. Mine is all based on my aging memory. Sorry.
