Based on the information given in PRs and direct emails to me, the certs distribution will commence shortly. They are working through all the details and will be updating us as they get this all sorted out. There are quite a few of us that have not received our certs yet. Keep in mind that our first priority, as share holders, is that they are focusing on growing the company. Dispersing the certs and establishing a redemption plan should be their 2nd priority. If you ask me, the etrade debacle consumed their attention during the last few weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if the CERTs thing was on the back burner during this time.

Be patient. The value we seek is in the growth of the company. the certs are just icing on the cake.
