SOME of you have received your certificates from the PVEC days, I have not. Many are telling me to contact FINRA or SEC, I wish not to. A simple reply from them would be appreciated, once and for all.
The investor boards are filled with fear, questions and cause. Their PR is sketchy at-best and is one reason why things are still meandering. I did get a confused-reply on their FB page, but I'm looking for insight.
