Great idea, but a lot of people have lost their ability to think and would see it as fiction. The government always presents what they are doing as good, such as social security and then spends every dollar of the trust funds on other things. About three years ago, for the first time, social security paid out 60 billion more than it collected. Congress needed a new slush fund. Ouila-obamacare. The fully developed model will destroy the insurance companies and funnel the money to the government, like social security. And trying to tax anything to do with energy under the climate change banner. Most people cannot think and will see it as a good thing. But the peole who have not lost their ability to think will go right on prospering. My best to you, Jim
